The slimes I purchased had hairs in them and were damaged from the heat! The whole experience has been terrible. The customer service hung up on me and they don’t want to resolve anything! I paid that insurance fee for what?!? And heirs other companies that sell way better slime!

I've had a slime get stolen in the past. Of course I never thought it would happen, but I guess I was wrong. I've been using shipping protection ever since. They replace the slime if anything like that happens again. Better safe than sorry!
