I paid a LOT extra to receive my product for camp visiting day in 3 days. It took 6. I called, I emailed, I checked tracking. Never was able to speak to anyone. Never got an email back. Your product is expensive and your customer service is poor. Nice job disappointing children.

The smell is... not cookies n cream, at least not what I would want it to be.. The texture is.. very weird. Not terrible but not what I was expecting. I recommend one of their other cookies n cream like slimes. This one is just okay.
