Return & Cancelation Policy

Thank you for shopping at Dope Slimes. We want to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. Please review our Return and Cancellation Policy to understand your options in case you need to return an item or cancel an order.


Return Policy:

We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, We do not issue refunds for a personal dislike of a slime texture, scent or color. You have 30 days from the date of the order to process such request. Detailed photos of the shipping box and product are required for all returns or claims. Failure to provide photos of both will result in a denied return or claim.  Product must be returned to Dope Slimes LLC in full for a refund to be issued. If an item was damaged or missing from a shipment you can easily request a refund or exchange for that item here:

Returns/Exchanges are processed within 7 business days. If a credit is requested the store credit will be sent via email immediately after the return has been processed. If a refund is requested a refund email will be sent after the return has been processed and the refund will reflect your account processed within 72 banking hours. 


Please note that we cannot accept returns for used items or products damaged due to customer mishandling.


Cancellations:

We do not allow order cancellations. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not been processed or shipped. However, once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Refunds:

Refunds for returned items will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.


Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items, such as custom-made slimes or promotional items, may be non-refundable. Such items will be clearly marked, and their non-refundable status will be communicated during the checkout process.


Return Shipping:

Dope Slimes will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items. For any other return reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.


Damaged during Shipping:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. To process a claim, we may require photos of the damaged package and its contents. Once the claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.


Lost Packages:

In the rare event that your package is lost during transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a refund.


Policy Updates:

Dope Slimes may update this Return and Cancellation Policy from time to time. The revised version will be effective as of the date posted on our website. If you have any questions or need assistance with a return or cancellation, please contact our customer support team at support@dopeslimes.com.
