Good slime, but a little disappointed

We usually love all of the slimes we get, this one included. I ordered 10 slimes for Christmas. One of the has nasty mold in it. Not a huge deal, I’m sure this stuff happened from time to time. I reached out to Dope slimes, and they asked for pictures. I sent pictures, and have followed up twice, with no reply.
I just wanted a replacement without mold, but I’m bummed that I haven’t heard back.
