After we ship your order there is nothing we can do. If the tracking says the order has been delivered you will need to get into contact with USPS and open a missing package claim. Sometimes parcels are miss scanned as delivered, if this is the case USPS should be able to arrange proper delivery!
We are not responsible for addresses that are missing information or are incorrect. If the address is wrong your package will most likely not arrive. If the order has not been shipped out please message us ASAP and we will do our best to fix your order.
Unfortunately, slimes may slightly deflate overtime. We make sure not to use any shaving cream or other foaming products in our slimes, which helps with the deflation. If you wish to re-inflate your slime add small amounts of shaving cream and/or a simple slime that you may have. NOTE this may change the texture!
We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

In rare circumstanced If the order was placed by a minor or by mistake, we will accept returns only if the items are untouched and in resalable condition. We do charge a 25% restocking fee and you must pay the return shipping.
