Unopened, Dope Slimes products will last over a year. Once opened, you can enjoy more than a couple hours of active play time before you want to rehydrate your slime. To rehydrate, add water and a touch of lotion into the slime, mix and let it sit in the sealed container overnight. When not in use, slime should be stored in its container with the lid tightly sealed and stored in a cool place. Slime can become easily dehydrated when; not properly sealed between play or slime is played with before washing your hands. Also, slime will naturally de-hydrate over time. To rejuvenate and re-hydrate your slime follow the below:

• Knead in a tiny bit of lotion and a tiny bit of warm water.
• Once lotion and water are added seal the slime and let it sit overnight.

Also, Slime can become stiff over time if it is overactivated (put too much activator into the slime). You can easily de-activate the slime by letting the slime sit in sunlight (with lid closed) for a period of time. The amount of time required depends on how much the slime was over-activated, so check the slime every few hours.
